These Terms of Service (Terms) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Angryroll regarding your use of our gaming platform and services. By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Age Restrictions and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. You represent that you are of legal age, not prohibited by law, and have full legal capacity to engage in decentralized gaming activities.
3. Prohibited Jurisdictions
Our services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gaming or cryptocurrency activities are prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with all applicable local laws.
4. Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and account credentials. You must not share your account access with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
5. Game Rules and Fairness
All games use provably fair algorithms and cryptographic verification. Game outcomes are determined by smart contracts on the Hedera network. We do not manipulate results. Games may be suspended for maintenance or technical security updates.
6. Financial Terms and Wagering
All transactions are conducted using HBAR cryptocurrency. You are responsible for all network fees. Withdrawals are processed automatically through smart contracts. We charge platform fees as disclosed on the interface. You acknowledge cryptocurrency volatility risks.
7. Prohibited Activities
Automated bots, scripts, exploitation of vulnerabilities, and collusion are strictly forbidden.
8. Intellectual Property
All design assets, code, and trademarks are proprietary to Angryroll.
9. Data Protection
We collect minimal data necessary for decentralized service provision and security.
10. Termination
Access may be revoked at any time for Terms violations or regulatory compliance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the decentralized frameworks of the Hedera network and applicable international trade laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the specified jurisdiction of operation.
